The Limassol Marathon is an annual long-distance running event held in Limassol, Cyprus. The official name of the event is OPAP Limassol Marathon. About 3.000 athletes take part in marathon race and other competitions (471 runners completed marathon and 987 finished half marathon in 2019).
You may run Cyprus marathon or half marathon in Paphos (March) and in Larnaka (November).

The marathon race of 26.2mi/42.195km starts at 7:30 28 November 2021 (Sunday) from the Western end of Molos (Μώλος) Park in Limassol.
Age limit: from 18 years old on the date of the race.
Half Marathon race, 13.1mi/21.097km (Muskita Half Marathon Race)
The half marathon race of 13.1mi/21.097km starts at 7:40 28 November 2021 (Sunday) from the Western end of Molos (Μώλος) Park in Limassol.

6.2mi/10km Race (Petrolina 10km Energy Race)
The 6.2mi/10km race starts at 7:55 28 November 2021 (Sunday) from the Western end of Molos (Μώλος) Park in Limassol.
Age limit: from 15 years old on the date of the race.
Entry fee: 18—30 €.
The course of the Limassol Marathon (OPAP Limassol Marathon) 2021 tracks from Limassol along Akrotiri Bay (Κόλπος Ακρωτηρίου) of the Mediterranean Sea on the southern coast of Cyprus to the ruins of the ancient royal city of Amathus (Αμαθούς), and back to the city.
The routes of the Limassol Marathon (OPAP Limassol Marathon) 2021 are traffic free for the time of races.
The roundtrip course of the Limassol Half Marathon (Muskita Half Marathon Race) 2021 partly coincides with the marathon distance.
Start and finish for all races of the Limassol Marathon (OPAP Limassol Marathon) 2021 is in the Western end of Molos (Μώλος) Park in Limassol.

Time limit for completing the marathon is 6 hours 40 minutes.
The pace makers of the Limassol Marathon (OPAP Limassol Marathon) and Half Marathon (Muskita Half Marathon Race) 2021 provide the necessary pace in order to finish within a certain time. The pace makers can be recognized by flags marked with the corresponding finish time. Target times for marathon are 3:30, 3:45, 4:00, 4:15, 4:30, 4:45, 5:00 hours, for half marathon — 1:30, 1:45, 2:00, 2:15, 2:30 hours.
Water and nutrition stations are located every 2.5km of the route beginning from the km 5, and at the finish. The stations provide runners with water Saint Nicholas, isotonic drink, energy gel, fruit, juice, refreshing sponges.
Before the start 28 March 2021 (Sunday) you may leave your personal belongings in the baggage tracks near the start and finish zone.
The route of the Limassol Marathon (OPAP Limassol Marathon) 2021 is certified by the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS).

marathon — 60 € (36 € or 48 € — early bird rates);

The entry fee may increase as the race date approach.

To get your Race Pack you should show your confirmation letter (sent via email).
You may authorize another person to collect your Race Pack. The collecting person needs to present your printed confirmation letter.
No health certificate is required to enter any race of the Limassol Marathon (OPAP Limassol Marathon) 2021.
